LOW CARB - GUILT FREE - GLUTEN FREE
GUILT FREE, LOW CARB & GLUTEN FREE CRACKERS
The original artisanal low carb seed cracker, handmade to order in Hong Kong since 2014. Our crackers contain only the good stuff: packed with nutrient dense seeds providing the best sources of omega fatty acids, vitamins and essential amino acids, and are free from all grain, gluten, nuts, egg, soy, yeast & dairy.
Our crackers are gently mixed by hand, thinly spread and gently baked to give a delicious toasted flavour, with great texture and crunch. They are totally grain free. No oats, rice or tapioca, nor any nut meal fillers, just nutrient-dense whole seeds (Sunflower, Pumpkin and Sesame, all organic) with a dash of organic Psyllium, a good splash of filtered water and a sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt. This makes a unique and delicious cracker that is very anti-inflammatory, very low GI and very low carb. For a 25g serving size (and there are 4 servings per 100g pack), they have just 0.5g of net carbs: that is awesome! (net carbs are calculated by available carbohydrate minus dietary fibre).
They are amazing with hummus, guacamole, soft cheeses, butter, smoked salmon & cream cheese, dips and loads more: anywhere you would otherwise use bread or a cracker or crisp bread. Delicious on their own, exceptional paired with cheeses or dips, and mild enough to please the youngest of palates, this is a cracker the whole family will love.
Ideal for so many dietary needs, including Gluten-Free, Diabetics (Type 1 & 2), Ketogenic, Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, Banting, LCHF, Low Carb, Plant-Based, Whole Food, Clean Eating and Whole 30 ways of eating (amongst others), and they are also Kosher. That is quite a list.

"Got my first few bags of these yesterday and each flavour tastes great!! It's seeds, flavour, and no fluff or fillers. Really healthy!
I got 1 bag of each, the cumin was my favourite one. They'll probably all be gobbled down by today."
