Yes! Super healthy. They are totally GRAIN FREE. No rice, grain, tapioca, or nut meals. This makes them very anti-inflammatory, very low GI and very low carb. For a 25g serving size (and there are 4 servings per 100g pack), they have just 2.95g of net carbs: that is awesome!
Where are Seedy Crackers made?
Seedy Crackers are made by hand, to order in a Licenced Food Factory Kitchen. This is the kitchen, so now you can picture us in it, baking away!
Who are Seedy Crackers good for?
Anyone who is interested in eating healthy nutritious food. They are perfect for many ways or eating or restricted diets, such as
Diabetic (Type 1 & 2)
and Whole 30 ways of eating (amongst others), and they are also Kosher. That is quite a list.
What should I eat with Seedy Crackers?
They are delicious on their own but are also amazing with a wide variety of toppings. Some suggestions are on cheese platters, with dips, antipasto platters, with charcuterie with smoked salmon/smoked fish, with cream cheese, butter, guacamole, hummus, pate, avocado/tomato, goats cheese, nut butter, butter & Vegemite and much more. There are options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and canapés.
How should the crackers be stored?
Please keep them in an air tight container, in a cool dry place. If left out, the crackers will lose crunch in Hong Kongs stellar humidity.
